The Forum Shops at Caesars

Problem: Hundreds of feet of 90% deteriorated sewer pipe underneath Planet Hollywood and surrounding restaurants and corridors. Without addressing this issue, the deteriorated pipes would lead to a catastrophic event for this establishment.

Solution: Applied the Perma-Liner process to these sewer lines. Spartan Plumbing provided all necessary labor, materials and subcontractors needed to complete this job. This job was successfully completed without having to shut down the sewer system during the day time hours of operation.

The Forum Shops at Caesars

Problem: Ten year old eight inch cast iron pipe ulcerated by beer and soda missing the complete bottom of pipe from the Cheesecake Factory to F.A.O. Schwartz.

Solution: Hydro jetted lightly for approximately one hundred and forty hours to prepare pipe for installation of three hundred feet of C.I.P.P., and burst approximately eighty feet of pipe underneath the elevator.

This is the first job in casino history to be approved by the Federal Trade Commission without having three bids. There were no other competitors on this job, due to the fact that no one else would attempt this technology on the job due to the condition of the pipe. The nearest bid to do this conventionally (saw cutting and digging up Forum Shops) was a difference of two million dollars from Spartan Plumbing’s bid.

The Forum Shops at Caesars

Problem: Pro Pipe shot approximately twenty feet of epoxy liner in six inch pipe without cleaning the pipe out prior to the work, reducing the pipe size to three inches and restricting flow through the pipe.

Solution: Dug up pipe and removed liner for Caesars management. Replaced pipe and re-shot approximately thirty feet of liner.

City of Nogales, Arizona

Problem: Six inch clay city sewer main running underneath residential housing with root infiltration causing city sewer to back up inside of customer’s houses.

Solution: Hydro jetted clay pipe clean of all roots and installed approximately one hundred and twenty feet of six inch liner, giving the City of Nogales a fifteen year warranty.

Phoenix Memorial Hospital (Cafeteria Dishwasher Room)

Problem: Kitchen sink area’s one third of the four inch cast iron pipe missing from bottom section of pipe, causing pipe not to drain properly.

Solution: Spartan Plumbing built a special sled to hydro jett the line and remove debris from pipe, and installed forty feet of four inch C.I.P.P. This job was performed around the accommodations of hospital and business operations, so they could continue to successfully run their business operations without shutting down.

City of Tucson Risk Management

Spartan Plumbing has been handling all of Risk Management’s major plumbing emergencies for approximately the past four years. Day or night, Spartan plumbing responds within an hour to all plumbing issues for the City of Tucson Risk Management Department. Even though no C.I.P.P work has been done, this is a reference of interest due to the outstanding service provided to the City of Tucson by Spartan Plumbing.
